Toward operational excellence.

Our model

We will start our journey by assessing your organizational maturity. We will then help you explore your “North Star”, an aspirational performance level. You’ll then define your ambition, and together we’ll scope the journey towards improvement. Hearts and minds will be unleashed throughout your entire organization. Your ambition will become the driving force for change, and we will coach you all along the way.

Our team takes a precise approach to creating sustainable, profitable outcomes. We'll analyze your organization and investigate your systems, assets, staffing, and procedures from an unbiased third-party viewpoint. Working closely with you, we’ll co-create new fit-for-purpose action plans, delivery models, and technology adoption roadmaps. To ensure sustainability, we will coach both leadership and management during the implementation.

People: skills, performance, leadership

Plant: equipment, wells, facilities, pipelines

Process: procedures, standardization, compliance

Potential: quality of the asset, remaining reserves, inherent cost basis

Organizational maturity can be measured along the five levels described, ranging from chaotic and reactive to achievement of performance excellence.  The anchoring of this measurement is based upon an assessment of the 4-Ps … people, plant, process, and potential (see below).

We recognize three overlapping organizational performance stages, each with its own character. Building a business where performance is measured and repeatable is the objective obtained in the Certainty of Delivery phase. Consistently performing safely at full “current potential “level is the objective of the Optimized Constraint Management phase. Going beyond your "current potential” and achieving top quartile performance excellence is a top-end objective in the Create New Horizons phase. We will guide your executives to land the approach that makes most business sense for you.
